Bristol City Hall

The D’Amato+Downes JV was hired as the CM for the Bristol City Hall renovations and addition. The main goals of the project include:

Increase efficiencies and improve office space for citizens and city staff utilizing the building.
Replace existing mechanical systems (heat, air conditioning and potable water and sanitary facilities)
Improve handicap accessibility to and within the building.
Improve security
Improve exterior building aesthetics

The building is being designed to better serve Bristol residents and provide the City with a sustainable, state-of-the-art City Hall to meet the City’s needs.
