Goodwin University Advanced Manufacturing Center

This new 15,300 sf advanced manufacturing annex supports magnet school students at the Connecticut River Academy in building their skillset prior to entering Goodwin College’s highly regarded program. This program offers students instruction in:

• Woodworking 
• CNC Machining 
• Programming Robotics Automation 
• Sensors Actuator Technology 
• Energy Technology 
• Additive 3-D printing / Plastics Composites 
• Textiles, Crafts and Ceramics 
• Computer / CAD Lab 

Two 18’ glass curtain walls allow vehicles on Route 2 and campus side pedestrians to see into this new “Makenesium”, an exciting area to support the efforts of CT’s aerospace industry.
