Jeff oversees strategic planning, estimating, and bid strategy development. With expertise in guiding projects from conception to initiation, Jeff ensures meticulous planning and budgeting, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders. His leadership in preconstruction sets the foundation for Downes to deliver innovative and efficient construction solutions for our clients.

Jeff has been with Downes since 1998 and has been working in the AEC industry since 1994.
