Lincoln High School Physical Education Complex

Downes was selected by the Town of Lincoln to serve as the Owner’s Project Manager for the new Physical Education Complex at Lincoln High School. In this role, Downes provided comprehensive management services, overseeing design development, procurement procedures, construction activities, and schedule coordination.

The new complex is part of a broader district-wide initiative to modernize and enhance educational facilities. The facility includes an indoor track, full-size basketball court with volleyball and tennis capabilities, men’s and women’s locker rooms, training rooms, athletic offices, and ample storage space.

This project was one of several significant investments aimed at creating exceptional learning environments for Lincoln students, reflecting the Town’s commitment to high-quality, future-ready school infrastructure.
