Nicole is responsible for planning and leading comprehensive strategies that support Downes’ business goals and objectives. She drives Downes’ sustainable growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading the business development and marketing team.

Nicole has been with Downes since 2013 and has been working in the AEC industry since 2004.
