What’s the most exciting thing about the industry?
“What excites me most about construction is that it’s hands-on and constantly changing. Every project brings new challenges, new people, and new problems to solve, and I’ve always thrived in that environment. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch a project come together from drawings to a finished building and know that I played a part in making it happen. After many years in the industry, it’s that sense of progress and teamwork that still drives me every day.”
