With a strategic focus on project management, resource optimization, and quality assurance, Tom plays a pivotal role in overseeing all project stages and the successful execution of Downes’ construction projects. He is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining client relations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and fostering a collaborative environment for project teams. 

Tom has been with Downes since 2002 and has been working in the AEC industry since 1994.
