This 225,000 SF high school, with aging infrastructure and academic program design is set to be fully Renovated-As-New to accommodate three separate programs: High School, Board of Education and an Early Childhood Center. Each program receives a different State reimbursement rate, so cost tracking these elements is of critical importance to full State reimbursement.
The project’s components will include all new systems including upgrading the building to full Air Conditioning, boilers, windows, roof and all interior finishes. Forensic investigation and hazmat probes are being completed to determine as many unknown conditions as possible. The site will be reconfigured to accommodate the three separate building users, in particular separating the Early Childhood students from the high shcoolers.
